How do I pay for my order?
Cash on delivery, anywhere we deliver in Pakistan. Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. We call or WhatsApp you to confirm before shipping; unconfirmed orders are not dispatched.
Are prices in rupees and do they include tax?
All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include taxes. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout.
Terms of saleWhen is my order confirmed?
An order is accepted once we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order we cannot confirm, or if an item becomes unavailable.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi usually receive orders in 2–3 working days; the other 11 cities we deliver to in 3–5. The estimate for your city is shown on each product page and at checkout.
Shipping policyHow much is delivery?
Delivery is 4% of your order value after discounts, with a minimum of Rs 200 and a maximum of Rs 600. Orders of Rs 25,000 or more ship free. You see the exact charge at checkout.
Is delivery ever free?
Yes. Free delivery on orders of Rs 25,000 or more.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is with the courier, enter your order number and the mobile number you ordered with on the Track order page to see its status and tracking number.

Exchanges
Can I exchange something?
Yes. Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to start an exchange.
Exchange policyCan unstitched fabric be exchanged?
Unstitched suits can be exchanged if the fabric is uncut and in its original packaging. Cut or stitched fabric cannot be exchanged.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
If anything arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll replace it at no cost.
Can sale pieces be exchanged?
Sale pieces can be exchanged for size only, subject to availability.
Sizing & care
How do I choose my size?
Measure your bust, waist and hip in inches and pick the matching row in the size guide: sizes run from XS (34 inch bust) to XL (42 inch bust). Between sizes, choose the larger for a relaxed fit.
Size guideHow do I care for lawn, chiffon and silk?
Lawn: cold wash, dry in shade, iron while slightly damp. Chiffon: dry clean, or hand wash cold. Raw silk and organza: dry clean only. Each product page also lists its own care notes.
