We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.
Exchange window
Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to start an exchange.
Unstitched fabric
Unstitched suits can be exchanged if the fabric is uncut and in its original packaging. Cut or stitched fabric cannot be exchanged.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll replace it at no cost.
Sale pieces
Sale pieces can be exchanged for size only, subject to availability.
